Order
Our watches can either be picked up or delivered in Copenhagen. We can also send the watch. All watches are only delivered, picked up or sent, when the prepayment is registered. All prices on our website is included VAT. The prices are daily prices.
Payment
Unique Watches is subject to Danish consumer law and issues invoices on all sales according to special Danish VAT legislation.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship the watch by Postnord or another courier, where the watch will be insured as a parcel to the current value. Should any problems occur during shipping, Unique Watches ApS will take full responsibility. You will receive a Track & Trace no., when the watch has been shipped.
Damage during transport
Should any unforeseen problems occur, and the watch gets damaged during shipping to the customer, Unique Watches ApS is liable.
Right of withdrawal
From the moment you receive the watch, watch spare parts or accessories by courier, you have 14 days right of withdrawal for watches and accessories that have been purchased unseen at Unique Watches ApS. The right of withdrawal can only be used, if the following terms are met: The product is in the same condition and amount as when you received it; the product has not been used, so the sales value is substantially degraded. When using the right of withdrawal, you are to pay for return shipping.
Unique Watches ApS reserves the right to decline a returned product if the product does not appear in the same condition as when delivered. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal will be withdrawn, when picking up the product.
Warranty
Unique Watches ApS provides af 24 months warranty, which means that if the watch does not appear as described, defects will be repaired at no cost.
The complaint is to be done as fast as possible within reasonable time after discovering the defect. The terms for returning products will be settled individually by each complaint. Complaints are to be addressed on e-mail to info@unique-watches.dk *
*The warranty does not cover abrasion and wear resulted from everyday use, and defects can only be repaired prior to an agreement with Unique Watches ApS.
Assessment of watch condition
At Unique Watches ApS we primarily assess the watch based on the exterior condition, such as the amount and degree of signs of wear. But naturally, we also include the condition of the clockwork in our assessment - comprising the service history.
When we assess the condition on a watch, we look at the age of the watch. E.g a 50 years old watch is assessed from its originalitet more than visible signs of wear.
100% New/unused without signs of wear
90% Used with few to none signs of wear
80% Used with ordinary age-related signs of wear
70% Used with a some signs of wear
60% Used with many signs of wear
Watches below 60% is considered as malfunctioning watches, and are not sold af Unique Watches ApS.
Unique Watches ApS is not associated with Rolex or other watch brands shown or mentioned on the website.
